Day 87 - Ingolstadt

Today I Skyped with my yayas.
For our Services Marketing class, we had to take a field trip to the post office and observe the settings around us.
There's the mail box.
Or "Paket Box" if you must call it.
Everything's electronic!
And the mailboxes there are even for corporations.
That's my groupmate Julia testing the service out.
Where you can get stamps, I think.
Some old people taking advantage of the service.
Another guy naman.
They sell greeting cards there too!
And a place you can stay to write stuff.
The prices if you want to send packages home.
And brochures.
My group right after we did research. That's me, Kauen, Annika, Jackie, Frida and Julia.
After class, I was already celebrating my birthday because it was that time in the Philippines.
We cooked Adobo for our international students Christmas party later that night.
I didn't know, though, that my fellow Ingolstadt mates surprised me.
The message reads, Happy Beerday Momma. Love your kids, Louie, Sanch, Nikki, Jackie and Naz.
Us with Christian, Inigo, Gaelle and Aline.
Me with Julia and Micaela.
Yea-Min enjoyed our adobo.
It was really a hit!
Raluca brought vodka all the way from Romania.
Me and my German friends.
That night, we were off to Budapest for my birthday celebration!
Sanch surprised me!
And we kept drinking and eating on the train.
We had snacks and music, of course!
And we played Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader!
ADDICTS!

Video 1: Craziness
Video 2: I think this is Sanch's surprise.

Day 86 - Ingolstadt

Today we tried to make Leche Flan for our Christmas party with the International students.
That's me separating egg whites from the yolk.
But unfortunately, it was a FAILED attempt.
That night, I treated my German friends out for drinks so it was the start of my birthday week.
Heidi was annoyed at me and Rebecca.
A little bit tipsy.
Laurin showing off his tongue ring.
That's all of us!
After, we went back to Laurin's place.
Marcel and me.
I'm pretty drunk na so I collapsed on Heidi.
Laurin's stupid toy doll was put on top of us!
Gay freaks.
I think her name is Victoria. Or maybe it was Amanda.

Day 85 - Ingolstadt

My DARE today was to "Sit in a cafe and have coffee. Take a photo with your waiter. - Mary". Here it is!
My yummy weize heisse schokolade. HAHA!
And I HAD to try this McDo burger. Mmm.

Day 84 - Nurnberg

On the way to Nurnberg, we saw some snow!
Nurnberg is part of the Romantic Road, as you can see through these walls.
The church of Nurnberg.
In front of it with our tour guide, Heidi. HAHA!
Heidi showed us around since it's her hometown and of course, first stop was the Christmas market.
Where we ate Nurnberg sausages.
And made wishes in the fountain.
If you rub the ring, you'll have a good love life. Uuuyy, Jackie!
SHIT, another meter long sausage!
Heidi and I FREEZING.
This was named after a movie or the movie was named after this.
In the old town.
Where the prisoners were convicted before.
Heidi and I in red.
And on the bridge.
We reached Nurnberg castle!
Walking to the main castle itself.
That's how the town looked on top!
And we found out that it was closed so we just took pictures.
Of the view!
And with the view!
The castle up close.
There was a "world fair" because Nurnberg has partner cities.
Naz tried Gluhwein for the first time!
The Christmas market at night.
Because it's so much prettier that way.
We were freezing so we had hot chocolate first.

This is a video of people singing in the Christmas market. They sound like angels.
