Day 7 - Ingolstadt

Ingolstadt is a small, quiet time. Last Sunday, though, was the quietest I've ever seen it. I know it was only my first Sunday away from home but this picture just proves that no one is out on the streets on these days. So what do you do when you've got three "tourists" itching for something to do?

1. EXPERIMENT with German food. I ended up getting Kartoffel Salat which is Potato Salad and a Weiner or Sausage. The potato salad was sour and salty at the same time but I forced myself to finish it since I was hungry anyway.
2. Have some ICE CREAM! After our experience with these scoops, we decided to make every Sunday Ice Cream Day and visit all the ice cream outlets in Ingolstadt.
3. Visit a MUSEUM and pose with the canons.
4. Watch little kids in their leather hosen jump on a TRAMPOLINE...
5. ...And JUMP ourselves too!
6. We played with a turning tube that had a WHEEL that made us turn around and around until we got dizzy. We even saw some cool graffiti too!

7. We played with the SMILE DETECTION setting in my camera. Every time the camera detects a smile, it automatically takes a shot without us pressing a button. As you can see, Louie here wasn't even fully smiling but the camera took a picture.

This is what we do when boredom strikes. Hopefully we won't have any more days like these. It was fun to explore Ingolstadt, but not fun if we do it every Sunday. Suggest stuff for us to do if you'd like to be entertained!
